Bring the right information to the first discussion.

Start with the component

Share the available 3D model and drawing, identify the intended material, and describe how the component will be used. Call out the dimensions and surfaces that matter most.

Explain the project context

Include the expected production requirements, assembly needs and project timing. Clear priorities make it easier to discuss the right tooling approach.

Agree the review process

Establish how drawings will be approved, how changes will be recorded and what will be reviewed during tool trials.
